Since Alberto's Delicacies introduced our premium fresh pasta in 2006 we have been more than pleased with the response with all who have tried our range of fresh egg based pasta . We decided in the mist of our success over the last few years with our pesto sauces and freshly marinated antipasto that we needed to also help the general public and complete our service by offering pasta as well.

As nice as our sauces are as a dip and spread, the perfect way is to have it on a quality fresh egg based pasta .
We have noticed over the years people have been more critical with what pasta they use and asked us where they can purchase premium fresh home quality pasta .
Born into an Italian family you can get complacent about pasta but when you get to see and try what is
in the market place, it is a mine field of average pasta and occasionally you come across quality but the problem is that it is very far and few between and when you do find premium quality pasta, it is most likely to be a fresh egg based pasta . Unfortunately quality fresh egg pasta , can come at a price and stretch most budgets . Coming from a one income family for years budgets are very important as I know.

Now if you have the time you can do what many Italians have done over the years, using old school know how and make home made pasta using an excellent recipe with no short cuts and the best of ingredients.We now cater for those who need a rest from making pasta at home and still keep in budget .We cater for anyone that knows the difference in texture and taste in there pasta and the goodness of fresh free range eggs , the value of high protein flour and a pasta that does not over cook easily.

We now cater for those that know the value of a complex carbohydrate and low GI food and now also our pasta is a good example that premium quality does not have to come at a high price and with approximately 25 markets we attend across Victoria we have made it a little bit easer to find value.
